BigEquipCo is being built around reusable active-listing capacity: create the equipment record once, keep it active while it is for sale, then free the slot when the listing is sold or inactive.
Seller workflow
Five steps from draft to reusable capacity.
Add category, manufacturer, model, year, condition, price, location, description, photos and category-specific specifications.
BigEquipCo checks the seller's active plan, available listing slots and First-Time Seller eligibility before publishing.
The listing becomes searchable, appears on the seller or dealer profile and consumes one active slot.
Buyers can discover the equipment, save it and contact the seller through BigEquipCo's buyer and messaging paths.
When the equipment is no longer available, its status changes and the active slot opens again.
The seller reuses the available slot rather than purchasing another one-time posting.
Eligible dealer tiers add BigEquipCo Magazine advertising to the marketplace capacity.
Dealers can add a hosted website that uses the same equipment records on their own domain.
