- website hosting;
- databases and cloud infrastructure;
- authentication;
- payment processing;
- email delivery;

- analytics;
- security;

- file and image storage;
- customer support; and
- other operational services.
These providers may access information as necessary to perform services for BigEquipCo, subject to their contractual and legal obligations.
Dealers, Sellers, Buyers, and Other Users
We may disclose information to another user when necessary to provide a marketplace service you requested, such as sending a buyer inquiry to an equipment seller.
Advertising and Analytics Providers
We may use analytics and advertising providers to understand use of our Services and measure marketing effectiveness.
Depending on the technologies being used and the privacy choices you select, those providers may receive online identifiers, cookie information, IP address information, or information regarding interactions with our websites.
Financing, Shipping, Insurance, and Other Providers
If you request information about a third-party service, we may provide information to the applicable provider at your direction or with your consent.
Legal and Safety Purposes
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:
- comply with law;

7. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
BigEquipCo does not sell customer lists or personal information in exchange for money.
We may use advertising or analytics technologies that involve disclosures of online identifiers or internet activity to third parties.
Some state privacy laws may define certain advertising-related disclosures as a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for “targeted advertising,” even when no money is exchanged for the personal information.
Where applicable law provides you with the right to opt out of such activity, BigEquipCo will honor that right.
You may be able to exercise certain technology-related opt-out choices through our Manage Privacy Choices control.
8. Activity and Technology Choices
BigEquipCo provides privacy controls that allow you to choose how certain website activity information and technologies are used.
Unless a different selection has previously been saved, Activity On is the default setting.
You may review or change your selection through the Manage Privacy Choices control.
Choice 01 — Activity On
When Activity On is selected, BigEquipCo detailed activity collection and use of applicable technologies are enabled.
This may include information regarding:
- pages viewed;
- searches performed;
- links and buttons selected;
- browsing and session activity;
- browser and device information;
- online identifiers;
- interactions with listings or website features; and
- other activity described in this Privacy Policy.
BigEquipCo may use this information for analytics, personalization, performance measurement, marketing, product improvement, and other purposes described in this Policy.
Choice 02 — Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
When Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information is selected, BigEquipCo may continue collecting and using detailed activity information for purposes permitted by law and described in this Policy.
However, technologies or processing that constitute the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, or similar opt-out activity under applicable privacy law will be disabled or restricted as required by applicable law.
This setting does not prevent BigEquipCo from using information when reasonably necessary to:
- operate the Services;
- provide functionality you request;
- maintain security;
- authenticate users;
- prevent fraud or abuse;
- diagnose technical problems;
- comply with legal requirements; or
- perform other processing that is not subject to the applicable opt-out right.
Choice 03 — Activity Off
When Activity Off is selected, BigEquipCo will disable detailed activity tracking and optional technologies covered by the privacy control to the extent supported by the Services.
Certain technologies and processing may still operate where reasonably necessary to:
- provide the website or Services;
- maintain account sessions;
- authenticate users;
- remember essential settings;
- process requests or transactions;
- maintain security;
- prevent fraud or abuse;
- diagnose technical problems;
- comply with legal obligations; or
- provide functionality specifically requested by you.
Selecting Activity Off does not prevent BigEquipCo from maintaining information that is necessary to operate your account, fulfill transactions, maintain listings, respond to inquiries, provide dealer services, or otherwise provide the Services.
Saving Your Privacy Choice
Your privacy selection may be saved in your browser through local storage, cookies, or similar browser technology where that storage is available.
Because the selection may be stored locally:
- you may need to make your selection separately on different browsers or devices;
- clearing cookies, local storage, or site data may remove a saved selection;
- private or incognito browsing may not retain your selection after the session ends; and
- browser or device settings may affect whether BigEquipCo can save or recognize your selection.
When a Choice Takes Effect
A technology that has already loaded or operated on the current page before you change your privacy setting may not be capable of being undone for that page view.
Your updated selection will apply to subsequent activity as technically supported. In some circumstances, you may need to reload the page or navigate to another page before the updated choice fully takes effect.
You may return to Manage Privacy Choices at any time to review or change your selection.
9. Marketing Communications
BigEquipCo may send you:
- account notices;
- transaction information;
- lead notifications;
- listing updates;
- product announcements;
- marketplace information;
- newsletters;
- promotional messages; and
- other communications relating to BigEquipCo.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe option included in those messages.
You may still receive transactional or administrative communications necessary for your account or Services.
Where SMS marketing or similar communications are offered, we will provide opt-out mechanisms required by applicable law.
10. Call Recording and Transcription
BigEquipCo may offer call tracking, routing, recording, transcription, summarization, or analysis features.
If a call may be recorded or transcribed, notices or consent mechanisms may be used as required by applicable law.
Dealers or other businesses using BigEquipCo communication tools are responsible for using those features in compliance with laws applicable to call recording, monitoring, and consent.
11. Security
BigEquipCo uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, misuse, or alteration.
However, no website, database, internet transmission, or information-storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and should notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

- fulfilling transactions;
- maintaining business and accounting records;
- complying with legal requirements;
- preventing fraud;

These rights apply only where BigEquipCo and the particular processing activity are subject to the applicable law.
15. California Residents
California residents may have additional rights under applicable California privacy laws, including rights concerning:

- purposes for collection or disclosure;
- categories of third parties receiving information;
- access to specific information;

If BigEquipCo’s activities meet statutory thresholds that make particular California privacy requirements applicable, we will provide and honor notices and rights required by applicable law.
Where applicable, the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information option may be used to exercise technology-related sale or sharing opt-out rights supported by BigEquipCo.
16. Privacy Requests
You may use the Manage Privacy Choices control to manage available activity, sale, sharing, or advertising-related technology preferences.
For other privacy requests—including requests to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information—you may submit a request through the BigEquipCo Contact Us page or by mail at:

An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by applicable law, but we may require proof of the agent’s authority.
We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
