General capacity is up to 200 yards per hour; air piping is factory installed and batching controls are electric-over-air manual. ^^NOTE: Options at bottom of Specs^^ ^^SPECIFICATIONS:^^ Apache SQP, 12 Yard – Standard Mobile Apache SQP / base unit is movable with one truck, designed for fast job-site set up. Theoretical Plant Capacity – 200 Yards per Hour Note: Can be equipped with many options to meet most applications. Note: Additional freight load may be required depending on options ordered. Apache SQP 12 Aggregate Section: Overhead Storage - Heaped Volume: 47.0 Cubic Yards / 64.0 Tons Apache SQP Overhead Aggregate Storage: * Aggregate support frame and intermediate frame are all welded, heavy duty tubular steel. * Intermediate support frame is built for the addition of an Apache SQP auxiliary silo. * Three equal compartments with the upper section hinged for easy transportation. * Lower storage section is welded construction with 1/4” plate on sloped sides and 3/16” plate on the vertical sides. * (3) clamshell type gates with replaceable grease type pivot-pins, brass bushings and precision cut gears on each compartment. * (2) 4” x 8” air cylinder and solenoid for each compartment. Mechanical linkage is used for the middle gate. * Air hose and fittings are factory installed from the solenoid valves to the aggregate gates.
